Make Her White And Good

Some children one day made a woman of snow.

She was supposed to be fair and white as a dove,

but the factory pipes that stood all around

gave a grey colour to the snow on the ground.

The children that made her thought it was sad

that their Duchess of snow looked all evil and bad.

Together they wished that the heaven would send

new snowflakes to make her shine white in the end.

In response to Snow Image / Snow Child / Snow Maiden.

Hello Eirin.
I have read your last poem. You impress me. You make such poetic bloggs. You must go on with your writings. Maybe you'll become a poet some day.

Hello Eirin.
I like your poem! You manage to put so much meaning into just a few lines. Yet the fairytale is there, and I hope it will snow!

Yet again, a very good poem, Eirin! :) It shows that you put a lot of work in making a good poem, and that you are a good writer.
Very well done!

I liked your poem. The snow is practical - covering what we don't want to see.
