The unspoken look…
Strip me naked and make me see,
the world as it appears to be.
I hide behind my mask so free,
still you see the truth in me.
I was blind and could not see,
you were feeling the same as me.
You looked straight at me but did not speak,
I knew you saw the best in me.
You comfort me when I am down
make me take a look around.
This connection is our own
the truth of life without a sound.
Lend me your eyes and I would see
what makes you still believe in me.
We walk in silence only to be
connected together but still so free.
